Services Provided

Crawl Space Heroes provides crawl space and moisture control services, including but not limited to:

• Crawl space encapsulation
• Vapor barrier installation
• Mold remediation
• French drain installation
• Structural repairs (post support and floor systems)
• Moisture remediation

All services are performed by qualified team members and are subject to a site assessment prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

Free inspections and estimates are provided without obligation. All estimates are based on information available at the time of the assessment and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was observed during the initial visit.

We strive to provide accurate, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Any changes to the scope of work during a project will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and work to find a suitable alternative time.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or service agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate

Accounts that remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms may be subject to late fees or referred to a collection agency. Crawl Space Heroes reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies for non-payment.

Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written service agreement and may vary based on the type of service performed and materials used.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. They do not cover:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events, flooding, or natural disasters
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others
• Pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial assessment

Manufacturer warranties on products or materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crawl Space Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Access

By scheduling a service with Crawl Space Heroes, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the legal authority to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide our team with safe, reasonable access to the areas necessary to complete the work.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the course of our work. Any accidental damage that occurs during our services will be addressed in good faith.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Crawl Space Heroes website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Crawl Space Heroes and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Walton County, Georgia.
